Jello Shots!
A mainstay of our halloween parties. I've been making them far longer than we've been having parties BUT I believe now I have finalized the recipe for 'Good Ol' Fashion College jello shots'
This recipe is scaleable! Just follow the package according to the package size you have. We use zero sugar added Jello, and have not had issues with setting.
We make guests tongue out the jello, but if you're kinder you can spray the cups with cooking spray or give them toothpicks.
ABV Details
28 shots = ~13.3% ABV per cup
2 cups boiling water
stir in jello packet until dissolved (approximately 2 mins the two minutes helps cool down the water so you don't boil away a portion of the vodka when you add it!)
Add 1 cup Cold Vodka
Stir till mixed and pour into prepared cups!
We often add a 'Jello Shot Roulette' to ours, a portion containing citric acid (sour). The ratio per cup is tricky, make sure to stir and taste to your comfort.

1 oz Triple sec
1 oz lime juice
1 oz Blue curacao
Top with lemon-lime soda

1 tsp agave syrup
1 oz lime juice
dash of blue kool-aid powder

1/2 oz mint liquor
